Katy Van Deveire received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiology and Neurobiology from the University of Connecticut, while also competing as a member of the UConn Women’s Ice Hockey Team from 2003-2007. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut in 2011. Katy joined the Nayden Rehabilitation Clinic in 2012 where she is currently employed as a Physical Therapist and Clinical Instructor within the Department of Kinesiology Physical Therapy Program. Katy has experience working primarily in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Her clinical and educational interests include orthopedic manual physical therapy, sports medicine, and general orthopedics. Her professional involvement includes membership in the American Physical Therapy Association and the Connecticut Physical Therapy Association.
